On the basis of synthesizing and analyzing opinions knowledge experts, building exercises to develop professional fitness for male Vovinam students in HCM City University Sports team. The research has synthesized 27 strength mind, including 7 supplementary exercises, 5 arm 9 leg 6 continuous be included training program 2020-2021 school year. results after 1 year experiment showed that mental increased.<p> </p><p><strong> Article visualizations:</strong></p><p><img src="/-counters-/soc/0005/a.php" alt="Hit counter" /></p>
